“Ms. Pat” has a long history when it comes to
gymnastics. Her daughter Whitney was a level 8
gymnast . Pat has been coaching gymnastics for six
plus years and has been affiliated with the sport for
11 plus years and has turned out several NC State
Champions
Pat currently coaches the select, pre-team and team
girls at Sanford Academy. Not only is Ms. Pat is
known, for her knee pinching and drill repeats (which
helps turn out great pre-team & team gymnasts) but
also her dedication to the individual child. Many of
our upper level gymnasts still find themselves
grabbing Ms. Pat’s attention to show her a skill they
have just mastered.
Pat is a professional member of the USA Gymnastics
and is safety certified under USA Gymnastics as well.
